This course teaches Insurance Adjuster Etiquette — the professional standards, behaviors, communication practices, and field protocols required to perform ethically and effectively as a licensed adjuster in Texas. Topics include communication etiquette, home entry professionalism, homeowner interactions, contractor interactions, reporting etiquette, neutrality, documentation standards, and adjuster conduct expectations.

$1.30 per hour (TX-Insurance) which has been included in the cost of the class
