Understanding the Flood Policy (GA)

This 8-hour course provides a structured and comprehensive walkthrough of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and flood claims adjusting. Learners explore every major area of flood insurance — including NFIP overview, flood maps and zone determinations, policy coverage, building and contents claims, loss settlement, and compliance requirements — through expanded modules, real-world examples, and multiple-choice quizzes embedded after each module. A final exam completes the 8-hour curriculum.
